Probably not without great investment. Why not embrace the technology it was born with? Simple and efficient. Worked then and still works to this day. Maintenance is part of the whole appeal of classics.

I believe its just adding a ratchet lever and cable to the adjuster. Look for 1956 Ford brakes.
