National Parts Depot has them (shown on page 90 of their 55-57 Thunderbird parts catalog) at $4.50 each, plus shipping (which will cost more than the part).
 
Thank You for that info, I already have purchased from NPD. I noticed a BIG difference in the reception also no static.
