Hello everybody, I've been on here looking around several times, but this is my first post.
I have a 1955 Thunderbird that has had some wiring issues, and I've fixed most of them.
I'm replacing the factory am radio since it doesn't work and the tuners also don't work.
In removing the radio I found two wires that are together, and each are the size on the antenna wire.
The car has been upgraded to a 12 volt system and each if these wires have 12 volts with the ignition in the off position. They run side by side, and go up the inside of the firewall to about the steering column area.
Does anyone here know what these are for?
They're cut, and marked left and right side.
