I just acquired a 1955 TB. It has 15-inch Kelsey Hayes wheels and needs new tires. QUESTION: Do I need to install new tubes with the new radial tires?

100% agree with ICBoyer. You probably don't know how old the tubes are. Best to change both tires and tubes.
 
I purchase BF Goodwrench tubes off Amazon and give them to my tire company. (Discount Tire). I also give them talcum powder, which normally don’t carry.
