Have light scratches. Can they be removed? How?

I'm not sure but I would guess if you researched how to refinish stainless trim (like around windows) you may find a hint to help you. I would think though that you would need a way to spin the hub cap so you don't get an effect that looks like a bunch of straight buffed areas around the cap.
