1955 Door Window Alignment Issues

I am struggling with window issues. As you can see in the videos, when I roll the window down it stays in the track. However when I roll it up it tracks inward and pops back in at the top. It is just waiting to crack the window glass. I know that the forward window guide is adjustable. Just not sure how. It seems it needs to be moved inward toward center of car and tilted back a little. Any suggestions or guidance?
