'04 PCR problems with remote start

I have'04 Thunderbird with a Ford dealer installed option, a keyless entry/security alarm/remote start module with remote fobs. Does anyone have experience with this setup on an '03-'05 Thunderbird, Mercury or Lincoln from this era?

2004 replaced batt, remote start not work now. In very simple steps, can anyone walk me thru the reprogram? Thx
