Veteran of 22 years in nuclear submarines. Started as an enlisted Fire Control Technician and ended up as Executive Officer of an attack submarine and Submarine Operations Officer in the Navy Command Center at the Pentagon. Retired from the Navy to a 27 year + career in nuclear safety policy at the US Department of Energy. Retired to Florida in 2019 to raise a couple Pomeranian puppies, play Euphonium and Trombone in bands, and enjoy the T-bird. In 2020, forced to sell the T-bird because there was no practical way to carry a mobility scooter in the T-bird or on an external carrier.
