WTB 1986 fuel tank sending unit

I recently purchased a pristine 86 Elan with the 5.0 L with the digital dash gages. It has a new gas tank and fuel filter after sitting in storage for 35 years. It had less than 20,000 miles on it. So evidently the fuel sending unit is not working and my expert master tech is working on it. I am finding there are no NOS or used part for that anywhere. Any chance to engineer the current float or parts from any other Ford part from that era? I am amazed that there are so many Ford fuel sending units for the 60's and 70's but nothing for this T Bird available.

Yes, thanks. None in stock according to their website. My Tech is working to see what he can come up with. I did find a sending unit rebuilder in Seneca NY. That of course, involves downtime but it may be my only option.
