WTB 1963 spinner hubcap retaining ring

I scored a serviceable set of 63 spinner hubcaps on Ebay, but I'd really like to bring them up to show condition. I can have the spinner sections rechromed and polish the stainless. But I cannot find a reproduction or NOS retaining ring that holds the spinner to the hubcap. Mine are badly corroded. Does anyone know who might carry such a thing? Thanks.
