I updated your title to summarize your post.

70s had the antenna built in the glass so that would be one difference for sure. I have been looking for a frt glass for my 70 and the place I spoke with on line told me the 2 door is different than the 4 also. That I don’t follow but I’m not a glass expert, I had inquired about a 71 glass they has listed but they told me that is different also. By 71 the antenna was fender mounted again so not sure if that is the difference they spoke of.

They changed the body style somewhat in 1970. The roofline became more swept back like a fastback style. So I am assuming the front windshield was too changed to reflect the changes of the roofline in whole.

Yes the 2 door and 4 doors are different. 2 door had a body panel between the hood and the windshield making the window shorter than the 4 doors that the long hood went all the way to the windshield hiding the wipers an thus extending the windshield below the hood line.
The antenna was moved from the glass in 71 but the 71 glass will fit a 70 if you don't need the antenna. I currently have a 71 on my 70. However I'm also in need of a replacement due to a large crack.
