Speedo Cable Routing ? 1956

Any one have pictures of how the speedo cable is routed thru out the interior.

Good question. I can't remember if it goes between the tunnel and jute/jute and carpet, or if it goes under/on top of firewall cover. I'm replacing carpet and firewall cover. The carpet underlay and firewall cover pretty much disintegrated in my hands upon removal.

Which opening on the transmission tunnel in a 57 do these cables snake through? I’m thinking the largest one closest to the top

Route both cables through the floor near the firewall on all manual three speed and overdrive cars.
