Power door lock on my 97 .....

I bought my 3rd t-bird; 2nd ‘97; first one was ‘86 turbo coupe..(FUN!!!!).... anyway when I use the power door locks it sets of the factory car alarm.... any help would be greatly appreciated...

I am having this issue with my '97. Did you figure it out? I am having to leave the doors unlocked. Thanks!
