where can I get a 6 CD Changer for my 2002 Thunderbird, or where can I get it repaired

I had mine repaired by OEM Audio in MN. They replaced the CD changer and serviced the radio two years ago for just under $200.00. No problems since. I was looking at used ones on eBay, but decided to repair mine instead. I like original, but there are a lot of nice aftermarket units too. Good luck.

Did you try disconecting your battery in the trunk for a few minutes?Some times it will reset itself.Good luck.

02 stereo almost impossible to find.looked for months to no avail.took mine to local stereo shop who sent it to a authorized repair shop to fix it.cost 250 bucks.the motor worm gear that shuffles the discs went bad.dont put 6 discs in the changer the dealer told me. they jam up.
