Try Napa, I have purchased lug bolts there. (For other applications) A tractor shop is also a good source for them.

Just in case anyone else run into this, here is what I learned. If you go to Napa, they will sell you a 641-3204 which is really a Doorman 610-109 1/2x20 1.75" stud. Unfortunately, these are .625" at the knurl, and in my axels would not pull through with a normal bearing tool like a Abn 0741. Going back to Napa, I asked for a .615" - .617" stud (at the knurl) by 1.5 to 1.75" long and they came up with a Napa 641-1590 which are 1.62" long. These fit beautifully for me. They are the same length as the ones I replaced and the knurl also measures the same.
