Looking for 1979 Tbird Air cleaner tubing

Looking for the tubing, or a suitable substitute for the tubing, that attaches to the snorkel end of the air cleaner assembly. Have this assembly mounted on my 351W in my 64 Tbird and want to route it to allow cooler air in.. Any ideas.. I do want it to look nice too..;)
