I just bought a 69 2-door T-Bird and the door panels are pretty rough....anyone know, or provide some guidance on replacing them.....looking for a console as well. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there are no replacements available other than used panels. You can have a custom panel made from an upholstery shop or try to find a used one in better condition than yours.
