High pitched sound inside 97 LX

I'm new to this forum. We have a nice 97 LX. There's a high pitched sound in the cabin. I think from the radio. I looked at the antenna ground and it looks secure. The sound is constant when the car is running and does not fluctuate when driving. Any ideas on where to look would be great. Thanks to you all, I enjoyed reading the posts. Thanks, J.F.
