FS 1966 Hardtop 390ci needs restoration

390ci engine, automatic transmission. Not running, engine is frozen up and needs rebuild. Car is nearly complete. Minimal rust, and all but 2 pieces of chrome are present. Barn find still tagged from 1985. New tires installed when I purchased it. Carpets were uncleanable so they were removed. Old bondo repair to passenger side door. $4,500 OBO
