Make sure you order the correct one, the 2002s use a different unit, the fluid return line is curved and has the pressure switch
right next to the curved fluid pipe. Very familiar with them as I just replaced the pressure switch on one of my 2002 T Birds.

Ebay has many for sale, used and rebuilt.
