1997 P0171 and P0174 with whirling sound

This car is really clean,with 77,000 miles.
It runs rough though and threw two codes. P0171 and P0174. It runs very rough and makes a loud Whirring noise inside.

Check for vacuum leaks

Closely inspect all the vacuum lines. The lines from the rear of the engine, also all lines going to and from your vacuum canister, located behind your right ( passenger side) head light. These vacuum lines are bad to leak. I have had to replace mine, when done it runs like it should.
