I have my 2002, but am looking at a 1990 black tbird SC with less than 100 miles on it..loaded with manual transmission. What does anybody think it is worth? 20k? Should I sell my 97 mustang GT convertable with 17k miles on it to get this mint tbird? Thanks....

Unless you love the 1990 Supercoupe, I would not recommend you pay $20,000 for the car. If you think it is an investment, I would purchase a CD instead. Edmunds.com had this:

Trade-in PParty Dealer Retail

Base Price $1,418 $2,247 $3,630

Mileage Adj $731 $731 $731

Cond Adj $105 $154 $254

Total $2,288 $3,185 $4,701

Please note that this does not really reflect a car with 100 miles since edmunds does not price cars for collecting purposes. Anyway, I would only pay about $10,000 if I was really in love with the car. Let me know if you do not purchase it. My younger brother does like the SC and probably would be interested in it.

Good Luck.

I would not pay that kind of money for any SC and I own a 90-91. The most I've seen a 98 SC for is around 9000.000
A 90 would be worth about 5200.00 if it was in real good condtion. Un-less this car is gold plated walk away😉

Sorry about that. Guess I did screw that up.
I meant 96.
