Good afternoon, My son and I are doing a mild resto on my father in laws 88 TC. The stock wheels are in very poor shape, and we are inquiring about other period correct Fox Body 4 lug wheel compatibility. I am sure this has been asked a million times, but will the Mustang 4 lug wheels, say the 88 GT wheels match up, as far as back spacing/off set is concerned? Thank you for your time. I apologize in advance for my ignorance, as I am mainly a Pontiac guy, so my knowledge of what options were available on what FoMoCo cars is not very vast.

I would go to lmr.com. They specialize in mustang parts but to my knowledge most of the stuff is interchangeable for the same year. I have an 85 tbird with a 5.0 and I buy stuff from them for it.

Any fox body 4 lug wheel will fit. Lug pattern is 4x108mm or 4x4.25 inches, which ever you prefer. Wheels from a front drive car will not work. Converting to 5 lug is not too hard.
