Thanks, No mechanical issues, it has a vacuum leak under he dash I'm trying to locate, and she needs a paint job but for 39 year old Michigan car, born and raised in the Wixom area, currently in Dearborn its still pretty good. Mileage is really unknown on the drive train but the speedo reads 128000.

Thank you. Must have been garaged most of the time it's been in Michigan.

I'm in California so my issue will be what if anything will be required to make the car smog legal here.

Hello, Sorry for the delayed response.

Not really sure what California would require but I would imagine working with the 5.0 liter would be to change the exhaust over to a cat system, easy enough since it is a mustang set up already and the then set it up with an air pump and fuel injection. or the other option would be to do the 4.6 conversion then the drive train would essentially be a mid 90's Lincoln mark VIII.

I have a lot of stuff for the conversion, that was my plan but got into other things. I am going to upload more pics later today.
