Hi All,
How do I remove the power window switch from the drivers door switch housing. It looks like it is held in by pins the housing is pot metal so I don't want to pry on the switch and risk breaking the switch itself or the housing.

I want to try and take part the switch to clean the contacts. My drivers window switch sends power to the motor for the down side but nothing to the up side.
I reversed the plugs with the rear switches and the window goes up and down so it is the switch.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks very much

P.S. HEY FORD WHY COULDN'T YOU USE SCREWS???

You'll need a pick. Your right to be careful. Unfortunately I forgot the actual procedure, though I've done it a dozen times! And still nothing broke. If I do again in the near future I will let you know.
