1967 oil pan removal

Please any suggestions on oil pan removal, I got all bolts out but pan won’t slide out, thanks

You will need to disconnect the motor mounts and raise the engine. Remember that the oil pump pickup is on the bottom of the pan. You will also have to rotate the engine to get the crankshaft journals up as you move the pan forward.

Thanks, I am more of a body and paint guy, I don’t enjoy mechanics as much, would you happen to know anything about transmission leaking where the shifter linkage goes through the side of tranny?
 
They can be a pain, but not always.
You must remove the pan, and disconnect the internal linkage. It will then pull out. (This is after removing the external linkage and neutral safety switch) Sorry, I am just sitting down with coffee and my brain isn't firing on all cylinders yet!
Good idea to replace the trans filter at that time too.
