My dream car has turned to dust. My "garage find" car has a rusted out frame and a 1/2 bad body. Being parked since the 70s in a residential garage didn't do this one any good. I would like to recover the $1000 plus $600 in towing that I have spent so far. We checked the oil & hooked up a battery and the 490 4bbl ran on Quick-Start without knocking or ticking. The body looks good (from a distance) but that just makes me sadder. The car is located in Erin, ON, Canada and will be here for another 2 weeks before it gets carted off by Kars4Kids for something like that.
Correction: the engine is a 390 4bbl (of course). Also the body is better than I may have suggested with many good panels.
