I was wondering what is the equivalent to Rotunda R103-A Super Heavy-Duty Brake Fluid? What DOT is 3, 4, 5.? I have the manual but that was a long time ago. Thanks for the help. My other question is can I can use Type 4 ATF in the Power Steering as well.?

Dot 3 is your new friend.
Tranny fluid should be type F, if you can't find it I believe Dexron/Mercon 3 will work with out serious issue.

If the power steering unit calls for ATF, then use the same type as the trans. I believe the trans uses Type F, but check your owners manual for this info. Usually, if the power steering calls for ATF, DO NOT USE WHAT THEY CALL Power Steering Fluid unless you like leaks.
Yep I use type 'F' in both. No issues whatsoever.
