1965 trunk lock says "courtesy"

Post does not meet subject criteria
I recently purchased a 1965 . It says in script under the trunk lock courtesy. . Any ideas what this is. Also it appears to have the 64 grill as it does not have the 6 vertical on it and the hood has thunderbird on the front of the hood I am thinking 64 on the front . Would I be correct on this thought. But mainly I am not able to find anything about the courtesy emblem. Thanks
