Want to install 3 point Seat Belts for rear seat. Have Grand Kids would like to give rides to. See online different vendors that offer belts. But, need to know what length to order. Also, How to remove top and bottom of rear seat. Need to know where upper connection point should be. Have to modify upper seat? Are there obvious locations for drilling holes in floorboard? Is there an online video showing this process for '65, exact location/title?

Wow. You are asking hard questions.
I added lapbelts to my rear seat by welding anchor nuts to the metal back panel between the bench and back rest. Bolting lapbelts to that was pretty straightforward. Getting a three-point harness in there seems like quite a trick. You might have to remove the rear seat side panels, and is there room for the retractors.
The Jim Osborne documentation is pretty helpful for seeing how the car was built, so I encourage you to acquire some of them to help you figure out if this is feasible.
Good Luck.
