1965 power seat won't move.

I have a1965 seat that tilts front and back perfectly, but won't adjust fore and after. I don't have much troubleshooting experience with power seats. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Usually there is more than one thing wrong with the seat. They do a great job refurbishing the seat base
