1965 horn won't stop blowing.

I took the horn ring off and the steering wheel to see if I needed a turn signal canceling swithch.

I disconnected the horn and may have but it back together wrong. There are yellow and black wires
do I connect a black and yellow wire on one side and the same on the other. Or do the two black wires connect together and the two yellow wires connect together
