1963 headlight installation tips

Putting my 63 together, trying to install the lights unit and it looks like I need to take the front bumper off?? Help, Mark

Not positive about headlights but make sure you put back up lights in rear bumper before installing it

Yes, the headlight assembly can only be installed with the bumper removed.😕
