Is there a way to change the angle of the steering wheel if it is not straight when the car is going straight forward? The car has had the alignment done.

On my Chevy pickup the steering column has splines so that you can easily adjust it if it is not straight.

I just don’t want to take it all apart just to find out it can’t be adjusted.

1963 steering wheel has spines. It can be rotated 360 degrees

IMO centering the steering wheel should be part of a good alignment. How far is it off? You should not have to remove it and re-install it unless it was removed and put back on incorrectly or something is bent in the steering/suspension components.
