1962 filling unibody holes

I’m ready to undercoat . The unibody frame is full of factory holes. What is supposed to done with them, it has been quite a job to clean out these frame channels. I feel they should be closed . Thanks KC

Folks, when you post, your title should reflect EXACTLY what your post is about. Vauge posts get less responses. Your title "unibody cean and restore" has been revised.
 
Most of them should probably be open. If you plug them up water/moisture will not be able to drain out.
