1962 acceleration return spring bracket

Was looking over my T-Bird and noted that one spring was not installed the proper way. the accelerator return spring bracket was missing. I order a new one but I don’t where it attaches to. I have reviewed all my shop manuals and can’t find the attachment point. Dave
