No fuel getting to carburetor, replaced filter, fuel pump, checked fuel line to tank. Tank outlet ( pick up tube ) blocked solid, tried compressed air to outlet of fuel tank with no success, how do I access fuel pick up and check internal filter on pick-up. Also checked fuel cap, filter, pump, everything has been checked.

You probably need to drop the tank. I don't believe there is any other access.

If you have that I would plan on replacing the tank. The rest of tank will be in a similar condition.
The good thing is we have new after market ones. WAY better than patching and repairing these old leaking tanks.

There is a metal trap door under the trunk liner. You could take that out. Now you have access to the top of the gas tank. Then remove the fuel level sender from the top of tank to inspect things. It will only have a sock on it and that will be damaged and plugged by this time. Another reason to just get a new tank.
