1956 sun visors long stem

I noticed that the visors for the 56 now available do not use the long stem. My original visors had the long pivot stem as well as the s shaped pin. What goes?

I see that both '56 and '57 visors and '56 and '57 arms are available. They are listed separately. All '56 visors were white.
