Does any know if the seats in a 1955 Tbird are the same size as the 1956 seats? Thanks Jerry

I just secured a restored '57, and the seat seems to be a bit different than the '56 I have. The sides on the'57 are narrower when viewed from the side, than the '56. Also, the adjustment lever is under the front of the seat verses the side.

Do I have a strange seat in the '57?

The bench frames are different. The 55 frame has a solid pan in the hump area of the center of the bench.
