1955 squeaking power window regulator

The power window regulator driver's door is squeaking. Squeeks really LOUDLY and constantly over 10 MPH with the window in the down position and minimal squeaking with the window in the full up position. Since I live in summy FL I ALWAYS have my windows in the down position. Thank you for any suggestions. Appears to be minimal access even if I remove the door interior trim panel.

Is it a squeak or a rattle? With the window 1/2 way up can you wiggle it around and produce the sound? My guess it's either the guide channels or the lifting mechanism being loose. Yes the door panel needs to come off for adjustments or tightening loose fasteners.
