1955 fan shroud bracket

Hi
I have another question for my car.
There is a fan shroud bracket below and I have no idea where it should bolt on. I think there is a bracket missing?
Does anybody have a picture how it must be?

From underneath

If you don't want to braze the bracket to the bottom tank, you might just clean the paint off the tank and JB Weld a bolt to the tank. Not a real fix but may work for you.
