Bird isn't driven much, but is is a daily driver.
If I leave it alone in Garage for a few days, it needs a booster battery (bless Black and Decker's battery's heart) Schumacher battery wasn't up to it.

Why would it go dead after all the replacement parts I have had put in?

First dead was within three weeks of ownership. The Ford store knows all about this.

If it is a daily driver, I don't understand why a few days it's a no start!! My b2002 has 4000 miles so you know I don't drive it much and I'm still on the original battery.
However, I did read somewhere, where Ford had a bad batch of batteries. Not sure if they were on Birds though.

tlfmd: Here's a thread you may want to read:
http://forums.thunderbirdforum.com/showthread~t~3508~highlight~Battery+drain.htm
That refers to TSB 5-22-9. I have that data co[pied on a file but it is too large to post here since I don't have the actual TSB.
If you want a copy of "Battery Drain" send me a PM with your email address and I'll send it to you. However, I believe its intent was for service techs, since it's over my head
