Convertible top

Hi out there, I am still having some questions about the soft top. Does anyone know for sure if the top is cloth or vinyl and if there is any good product (dye) to renew the color.

I have had several problems with the top. Ford replaced it and the new one was put on to tight and stretched the material. It has lost the black color and I am trying to get it fixed but do not know if it is cloth or vinyl. Thanks for anyones help.
