Replacement Leather for 02 Tbird blue

I have an '02 Tbird in Thunderbird blue. Had some problems this week. First the top leaks (a lot) by the rear window( i can see the rip) so an auto top place, recommended by Ford, is getting me a whole new window assembly. Says $600. Does this seem reasonable? The alternative was a whole new top at $2000. Also my driver's side seat perforated leather is crumbling....... He is having a hard time finding a piece of thunderbird blue leather to fix it. Does any one know where I can procure a piece of leather at least 14 x 14" to fix it properly without dyeing a piece?

Ford should be able to get you a new seat skin... for the bottom only or for both the back and seat. It seems like it was around $300 for the seat skin...
