Today my wife took her new bluebird in to have the plastic strip moulding installed under the hardtop as reccommended by Ford.
The dealership refused to install the mouldings provided by Ford because they were too difficult to install correctly.
This event turns a frustrating situation into an issue for us and we did submit the appropriate paperwork to the dealer on this unsatisfactory problem when we took delivery. After hearing that Ford has no intention of providing a reasonable fix for this problem we are left to wonder what next?
Do we look for other alternatives (have one made)?
Do we suggest that the forum take the lead in the form of a petition letter to Ford?
