2003 Window Drop Delay

Hello, my passenger window doesn't seem to go down when the door handle is pulled. It takes me pulling on the door going against the seal for it to go down. On the drivers side door as soon as I pull the handle the window drops and I can clear the seal. I have tried the calibration method with the window switches but that doesn't seem to help. Do you guys have any ideas?

There is a passenger window adjust switch located inside the passenger door. I would begin by testing the passenger window adjust switch to determine if it is defective.
