This 1962 Ford Thunderbird convertible was acquired by the seller in 2016 and is finished in Rangoon Red with a white soft top over a black interior. Power is supplied by a 390ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission, and features include wire wheels, a Roadster-style tonneau cover, and a power-operated convertible top seen operating here-

The transmission was reportedly rebuilt in 2017, and additional maintenance during the seller’s ownership included replacing the carburetor, tires, front suspension bushings, and more. This Thunderbird is now offered with a car cover, owner’s manual, shop manual, service records since 2016, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.
Finished from the factory in Rangoon Red (J), the body was reportedly repainted under previous ownership, while the rear deck panel was refinished and realigned by the seller. The taillight lenses and buckets have been replaced, and a Roadster-style tonneau cover has been added. The seller notes that the chrome on the rear bumper is flaking above the left exhaust outlet. The electric top control relay was replaced in 2019, and the soft top can be seen raising here and lowering here.
