transmission fluid change 1995 thunderbird lx 3.8 liter

I am the second owner and i am sure the fluid has never been changed nor the filter if it has one. How much fluid does it hold and is much to drop the pan on this model?It currently has 132,000 miles.

I notice Advance auto has the stock filter but also has a inline kit i suppose to replace the pan filter not much different in the price.
