2003 with slow filling tank

Hi everybody. From one fill up to next, I started having trouble filling up my 2003 tbird . The gas pump keeps cutting off even at a slow rate. I am guessing it's the vent or purge valve. Where are they? Any suggestions on how to narrow down the problem?
