2003 park/fog question

nube with 03, 33,000 miles
park/fogs stay on w headlites, push pull feature doesn't seem to do anything, sounds normal? many opinions on forum.

The push pull headlight switch does nothing when pulled. It was a switch shared by many Ford vehicles back then. The fog lights are always on when the headlights are on.
